A few months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Mitch Guiffre, and what a pleasure it was. Kind but direct, unassuming but a force to be reckoned with, this guy has turned Myrtle Beach real estate sales on its head. His staff of full-time agents are outselling the competition by 4X. So, how do they do it?

Mitch spent years working for the other guys, and frustrated by big name real estate companies and their desire to maintain the status quo, he set out to tackle a problem no one wanted to talk about. He was going to sell homes and actually make the owners some money.

You see, Mitch pays his agents a competitive full-time salary, plus commission. But here’s the kicker, while the average real estate transaction consumes 6% commission on each sale, effectively eating up the seller’s profits, Seller’s Choice has found a way to reduce commissions to 4.5%, leaving his clients with more cash in their pockets.

Intrigued by the idea of giving more to make more, I decided Greyphin had to work with Mitch and his team on this Myrtle Beach web design project. So, we set out to design a website as incredible as the team that sells 4 times as many homes in a year as the average real estate agent. Determined to get it right, the designers at Greyphin have worked closely with Mitch and his team. And, this is what they’ve come up with.
